2. Processing time of Orders
We process orders daily, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next business day.

Netherlands: 1-3 working days (using standard shipping)
Belgium: 2-4 working days
Germany: 3-5 working days
International: 5-10 working days, depending on the country

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order and the estimated delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a second email with a tracking number (if available) so you can track your package.
5. Problems with Delivery
Although we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances may occur that delay delivery. In case of delays or other problems with delivery, please contact us at contact@beyoushop.co.uk .We will make every effort to solve the problem quickly.
6. Unreiled Packages
If you are unable to receive your package and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule a new shipping attempt. In this case, additional shipping costs may be charged.
7. Shipping restrictions
We only ship to addresses within the countries we support. If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact us via email to ask for alternative shipping options.
8. Liability for Damaged or Missing Packages
At Beyou, we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, if your package is damaged or missing during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the situation and help you claim damage or loss from the carrier.
