BeYou Return Policy

Introduction

At Beyou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer you the opportunity to return your products. This return policy explains how to return products and what to expect during the return process.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving any reason. This applies to all products, except those that are excluded from returns (see article 3).

2. Conditions for Returns

The product must be in undamaged, unopened condition, with all original labels, packaging and accessories.

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

You must complete the return form and attach it to your return shipment. You will receive this form via email after your return request.

3. Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

Products that are made to measure or according to the specific wishes of the customer.

Opened hygiene products such as face or hair masks (if the package is opened).

Sealed products that cannot be returned after the seal has been broken for health or hygienic reasons.

Services that have already been fully implemented.

4. How to Return a Product

To return a product, follow these steps:

Submit return request: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@beyoushop.co.uk to report your return. Include your order number and the products you wish to return.

Return form received: We will send you a return form that you must attach to your return shipment.

Pack the product: Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Return shipment: Send the package to the following address:

Shipping costs: The costs for returning products are for your account, unless otherwise indicated. Make sure you keep a proof of shipment and/or tracking number as proof of shipment.

5. Repayment

After receipt and approval of the returned products, you will receive your payment back within 14 days. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when placing the order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Send a photo of the defective product to [info@beyou.nl] and we will help you return the product and arrange a replacement product or refund.

7. Exchanging Products

We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want to exchange a product, we ask you to return the product and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Incomplete Shipments

Check your order upon receipt. If a product is missing or not correct, please contact us within 14 days. We will help you further to solve the problem.

9. Canceling an Order

If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us directly at contact@beyoushop.co.uk .We will try to cancel your order, but once the package has been shipped, you must follow the return process.
